I, Marta E. Preusser, give
permission for my daughter Jessie Macias, date of birth August 3, 1984, of whom
I am the sole legal and physical guardian, to travel to Mexico for ten days,
for the purpose of a vacation with the primary destination of Cancun, starting
Wednesday, February 16, 2000. My daughter will be traveling with Steve and Dina
Furniss. I give Steve and Dina Furniss temporary guardianship of my daughter
Jessie Macias until return to my custody on February 26, 2000.
