Goals you set

1.    Exercise—met (more than four times)

2.    Meditate—met

3.    Drinking—not met (two episodes of too much)—I think this is going to be difficult but here are three thoughts (i) occasional (once a week) two 5.5% beers (ii) one 6.9% 16 oz beer and one non-alcoholic beer (iii) suggestions.

Two points about anxiety

1.    I think dehydration (hctz) is significant in the current anxiety.

2.    I seem to be constantly giving myself messages about how I’m doing.
Recently there have been a lot of low level negative messages.

Another goal to consider

1.    Drinking enough fluids (I tend to forget)
