Case# 2003752356. 1st request submitted 9.17.2021 - currently on work # 4002213616 - called premium care today 10.18.2021 who say "parts on hold" but tech company (866-856-9899) told me today "work order cancelled - parts returned by FedEx to Lenovo". Spoke to two premium care agents this morning but no resolution as both phone calls disconnected by agent or poor connection--and no call back. Request immediate attention. Premium Care not living up to obligation. Paid for computer and premium care but not getting what I paid for and was guaranteed "next day service" while a month has gone by. May be forced to report to FTC and other authorities, if no resolution within reasonable period. Pls contact me soon as I am leaving on business trip of over a month soon. Thank you Anil Mitra
