Inescapable save at open of new plan is good

Extend to include date time of admit, case number – in file properties, not necessarily in filename

Once saved, admit date time should not be able to be changed

Exit save should also be inescapable [hide toolbars?]

When an old file is opened, provide option to change – from preliminary to master, or to a new admission. If changed, then save must be inescapable

Require password to save

Disallow changes in preliminary plan after master created; require master update after one month [versions;]disallow changes in master after discharge

Combo box for problems

Suggest goals and interventions which are then automatically entered

If problem / goal added at later date, note this automatically

Saving problems, goals, interventions to a master file

Automate number of meds and med entry

Social Worker, AT entries
