Launching of other Applications

PageMill 2.0 menu command in the View menu which will allow you to launch another application and open the currently active PageMill document in it. You can add and delete applications to and from the "Switch to" menu (a sub-menu under the "View" menu) in the "Switch To" panel of the Preferences dialog box.

To add an application to the "Switch To" menu:

• Choose Edit > Preferences (F2)
• Select "Switch To" Panel
• Click "Add..."
• Navigate to and select the program file or shortcut you wish to add
• Click "Open"
• Click "OK"

To view your PageMill document in another application:

• Add the application to the "Switch To" menu, as outlined above
• Save your PageMill document
• From the "Switch To" menu, choose the application into which you view your document.

PageMill 2.0 will also allow you, while in Preview mode, to open remote links into your favorite browser. You now have an easy way to test remote links without having to open your page manually into another application. You can set the browser in the "General" panel of the Preferences dialog box.
